Rob Delivers Practical, Insight-Driven Talks That Help Men and Communities Grow With Clarity and Purpose

All In!

Men were not made to sit on the sidelines and watch others enjoy the thrill of life. Men are called to go “All In.”

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

God calls a man to live a life of passion, power, purpose, and perspective. All In is grounded in the ancient teachings of Deuteronomy 6:4-5 and builds the framework of a life based in scripture to practically help men foster a daily relationship with God, conquer besetting sins, practicing a “Daily Rhythm” with God, and take next steps as an “All In” man. All In applies the ancient paths of scripture to modern man’s life.

Transformational workshop format. Rob Stout takes this material into a half-day or whole-day transformational workshop to help learners dig into going All In. The journey begins with facing the problem of the sin that men so frequently tolerate. It then helps men set a personalized “Daily Rhythm” of spending time with God in ways that fit their wiring. Finally, men work to identify their next challenge and design a strategy to face it by going All In.

Ultimate Success

Our culture defines success in many ways: education, scaled business, stacked resume, big ledger, and lots of material possessions

None of that is bad, per se. But when a good thing becomes an ultimate thing, ultimately that good thing becomes destructive. In Ultimate Success, Rob Stout challenges the status quo of chasing after achievement in order to capture success. Instead, he helps the learner build true success on purpose born out of identity.

This transformational journey is something every man deserves because he was created to live that way. You were not created in God’s image to prove yourself through success. Instead, your identity is in who you are, which leads to your purpose, which leads to the achievements of your life. It’s time to get the things in the order they were created to be in. It’s time for Ultimate Success.

Transformational workshop format. Rob Stout takes this material into a half-day or whole-day transformational workshop to help learners dig into “The Ache of Success,” “The Saboteurs of Success,” “The Journey of Success,” “The Identity of Success” and “The Purpose of Success.” Learners come out of this transformation, not just with motivation, but with a practical plan to move forward in the life they have been called to live, a life of living in Ultimate Success.

In a world suffering from information overload and a never-ending list of demands, how can men live in a way that is foundationally anchored in truth while producing the results demanded of them in their careers, at home, and in service to others? Cowering in a corner is not an option, neither is working 24-7-365 and neglecting health, relationships, and care for one’s own soul. How can a man face the never-ending challenges of his life?

Based in Joshua 1, A Legacy of Purpose shows a man how to live with strength and courage to face the endless challenges of his life while walking with God in and through those challenges. Rob Stout dives deep into the story of Joshua’s succession to Moses and looks at the way God instructed Joshua to live and lead – facing the battle while remembering God’s faithfulness and practicing daily disciplines.

A Legacy of Purpose lays out a timeless and  incredibly practical strategy for facing the real-life challenges a man faces today. It’s about being “Strong and Courageous” but there’s way more to it than just a battle cry. It’s about a way of life.

Transformational workshop format. Rob Stout takes this material into a half-day or whole-day transformational workshop to help learners dig into the personal challenges they face, how God has been faithful throughout their lifetime, the way God’s promises have met them along the way, and how they can live with daily connection to God who will never abandon them. Learners leave this transformational workshop with a personalized strategy to take on the challenges they are called to face.

What is a man supposed to look like? They come in all shapes, sizes, and designs. They have different talents, strengths, weaknesses, and all sorts of messages they carry with them.

The fact is that God created every man ever made “in his image.” The expressions of God’s image are as unique as the billions of DNA strands that make up every man who has ever lived. And the mission He has for them is an amazing journey.

In With Everything Rob Stout takes men back to the beginning to look at how men were made in the image of God and called to fill, rule over, and subdue creation as they live in relationship with Him. Rob looks at the problems men carry through messages that get them off the trail. He then leads men into foundational truth to be men who live with heart, soul, mind, and strength. Men come away from this experience with a personalized plan for their next steps of growth and development.

Key passages include Genesis 1-3, and Deuteronomy 6:4-5.

Retreat. Rob Stout digs deep into this material with five 45-minute modules covering this life-changing subject matter. The retreat is filled with teaching, hands-on experiential learning, group conversation, and individualized learning. The retreat is followed by (optional) six-week follow-up group content called “Next Steps” that helps anchor the retreat beyond just an experience and into a man’s lifestyle. Rob has led nine of these retreats both in the US and overseas.

Why do some men follow Jesus for a moment, and others follow him for a lifetime? 16th century protestant reformer Martin Luther famously quipped, “I need to hear the gospel every day because that’s how quickly I forget it.”

Going The Distance chronicles the story of Jesus’ disciples growing from their skepticism as “Come-and-See” early followers  in John 1:46, to their confession as “My-Lord-and-my-God” in John 20:28, to their transformed missionary lives as “Come-and-Live-Forever” Christians in John 20:31.

These messages can be delivered one at a time, or through a series. The context of these messages is a journey through the Gospels.

Most followers of Jesus have heard the powerful message of John 3:16 proclaiming the power of the Gospel message. It’s a timeless truth that has changed the lives of hundreds of millions throughout history.  John 3:16 is often cited as the foundational verse that contains this truth.

But buried in the ancient song lyrics of Psalm 103, David captures the beauty of God’s true transformative work available to those who journey with him, including forgiveness, healing of wounds, redemption from self-destruction, love and compassion, satisfaction of desires, restoration of youth, and working righteousness and justice. This eye-opening message taps into the depths of God’s work and ends with an application of looking at personalized God’s work in one’s own life.
